- This process must be completed within 10 days of the person’s DUI arrest.
- The person must request the review in person at the Bureau of Administrative Reviews (BAR) in Tampa*
- The person must show the BAR proof of enrollment in a local DUI program or a copy of their online receipt.
- The person must take the BAR approval to DHSMV to get their hardship permit.
- The person must come to a local DUI office in Polk, Hardee or Highlands to complete the registration process, within 5 days of the online registration.
